What you take into the decision

A recommendation your team can examine.

01 / Reconciled inputs

The decision, constraints, source definitions, and unresolved questions on the same terms.

02 / Three scenarios

Audience priorities, channel roles, and investment alternatives with explicit trade-offs.

03 / Editable workbook

A working record of assumptions and allocations that your team can inspect and update.

04 / Evidence ledger

Sources, limitations, and assumptions separated so uncertainty stays visible.

05 / Michelle’s reviewed recommendation

Audience priorities, channel roles, investment allocation, and a measurement plan: what to track, who owns it, and when to review. Michelle Humes Perkins explains the trade-offs, evidence gaps, and conditions for changing course.

AI accelerates research organization and scenario drafting. Michelle checks sources, challenges assumptions, and owns the recommendation. The value is her judgment, not an automated answer.

A bounded scope, agreed before kickoff.

HCP and patient/consumer (HCC) planning are included where relevant to the agreed decision.

What to bring

A decision question and deadline, one decision owner, budget boundaries, audience priorities, an existing plan if available, and permitted evidence. Include available measurement and reporting constraints. Start the inquiry with category-level detail only.

How we work

One kickoff, one recommendation discussion, and one consolidated revision within the agreed decision. Proposed sequence: days 1–2 align inputs; days 3–7 develop evidence and scenarios; days 8–10 cover the recommendation and revision.

The schedule is agreed at kickoff. One decision owner coordinates feedback within two business days.

When the Sprint starts

The ten-business-day schedule starts on the agreed date after the written scope and fee are accepted, Michelle confirms the required inputs are usable, and availability is confirmed. Open evidence gaps and their effect on the recommendation are recorded at kickoff.

Missing inputs, delayed feedback, or a changed question may require a revised timeline.

How the fee is scoped

A fixed project fee is quoted after a fit review. The quote reflects the decision's complexity, the evidence to reconcile, the required analysis, and the agreed deliverables and support.

Additional brands, markets, decisions, or revisions require a separate scope. No work begins before the written scope and fee are agreed.

What your team can hand off

The decision brief, editable workbook, and evidence ledger document the recommended audience priorities, channel roles, allocation, measurement approach, and unresolved dependencies.

The readout identifies next steps and proposed owners for the brand, agency, analytics, and review teams to confirm. Buying, activation, creative development, and approvals remain with the appointed delivery teams.

What is outside the Sprint

Primary research, purchased or licensed data, media buying, activation, creative production, legal or MLR approval, and ongoing optimization are excluded.

The Sprint provides a recommendation, not a performance guarantee. Additional implementation support requires a separate scope.
