Cadence Health Media does not expose product workspaces or client-data intake on the public website. The inquiry form sends the details you enter to Cadence. Direct email links open your email application and send only when you choose to send.
Information you submit
When you submit an inquiry, Cadence receives your reply email, organization, selected engagement details, and message. The submission is stored in private Vercel Blob storage and a notification is attempted through Gmail to Michelle. Storage and notification are separate steps; an email failure does not mean the stored inquiry was lost. A submission timestamp, browser user-agent, and request identifier are stored to support operation of the form. A hash of the submitted fields is used with that identifier in the private storage record’s name to recognize identical retries and avoid duplicate storage and notifications. These records contain the inquiry itself; they are not anonymous analytics. Inquiries are used to respond to your request, not to add you to a marketing list. Form abuse protection
The form uses a best-effort request limit within each running server process. It temporarily tracks a hash of the lowercased reply email and attempt counts, rather than keeping the raw email in that limiter. Hashing does not make an email anonymous. Limits can differ across server instances or reset when a process restarts; this is not a site-wide security guarantee. It does not set a deletion period for stored inquiries.
Sensitive information
Do not submit patient health information, confidential campaign data, credentials, or sensitive personal information through public web channels.
Product access
The public website contains product information only. Licensed product environments require separate access controls and data terms.
Analytics
The site uses an analytics service to collect aggregate usage information such as page views and navigation interactions. No client workspace inputs are collected by this public site. Planning diagnostic answers and guided Sprint fit-check choices are processed in your browser without sending those answers to analytics. If you choose to carry fit-check details into an inquiry, they are submitted only when you send that form.

Cadence and the client confirm permitted inputs, confidentiality terms, and the sharing location before engagement materials are shared. Keep initial discussions at category level and use only materials you are authorized to provide.
AI assistance and review
AI supports research organization and scenario drafting. Michelle reviews sources, challenges assumptions, and owns the recommendation.
The tool providers, model-training settings, retention and deletion terms, access permissions, and applicable agreements need confirmation in the written engagement scope before confidential materials are shared. This page does not provide universal assurances about those settings or authorize confidential inputs for AI processing.
